Got a call from someone pretending to be Amazon, telling me there was some dodgy stuff going on with my Amazon Prime account. It was about an hour after another call warning me that my Avon Prime subscription was being charged to my bank. Both calls told me to press 1 to sort things out. The messages were automated, one with a woman’s voice, the other a man’s, both speaking with American accents.
