I got an automated call that sounded like it was from BT, saying they were going to disconnect my phone and internet soon. It felt so fake, like a computer voice reading a script.

Got a recorded message claiming it was Talktalk saying my internet would be cut off today. It told me to press 1 to talk to an agent. I just ended the call straight away. This keeps happening loads this week and we’re still online. I’m worried if I press 1 it might end up costing a fortune!
