Just received yet another dodgy spam call from this number. So frustrating!

He introduced himself as "Peter" from Carphone Warehouse, but his accent was unmistakably Indian. He had the cheek to suggest that I shouldn't be so abrupt with folks over the phone. I playfully claimed to be affiliated with Anonymous-though it wasn't true-and mentioned that I was monitoring where he was calling from. At that point, he quickly decided that my rudeness was a good enough reason to hang up the phone.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with Eco Green Energy. They started by asking if my boiler was older than six years, then they wanted to know details about my home - like how many bedrooms I had and whether it was a detached house. Then they asked about the type of flooring downstairs. When I said it was concrete, they just went quiet. After a few minutes of silence, they suddenly ended the call!

Hahaha, so this lady with a really thick Asian accent called me, and her English was all over the place. Didn’t even let her say why she was ringing. Considering the number was from Hertfordshire, I was expecting maybe a local or someone who spoke proper English. Pretty sure it was a scam, so definitely don’t pick up if you get a call like this!

Whenever I ask to speak to a manager, they just won't comply, and they refuse to provide any sort of contact number. The website they gave me seems to be a dead end.
