i got a call from a woman claiming to be from BT regarding my internet. her accent was so thick i told her i couldn’t catch a word and asked if she could just email me the details. then a bit later, a bloke phoned, said he was from BT too. i told him i'd already chatted with a lady and was waiting on an email that never showed up. not that it matters, cos i’m not even a BT customer!
