I went ahead and blocked the number myself and also reported it to 7726. If you’re using an iPhone, definitely keep call screening on so these annoying calls don’t bother you.

I chose not to pick up since the number was unfamiliar. Figured anyone really needing to get in touch would've left a voicemail. Since there was nothing left, I just assumed it was some sort of spam or a dodgy sales pitch. Seems fair enough to me.
