Sounds like some automated bloke ringing, pretending to be from BT tech support. He warned me my internet would be disconnected in a day because he claimed my IP address had been hacked. Kept pushing me to press certain numbers on my phone, but I reckon it was all fake - not a real person, probably just a computer voice.
