Absolutely a scam! Received a call claiming to be from BT, telling me my broadband would be switched off imminently. They urged me to press one to learn more, but I could tell they were fishing for my bank information. I've noticed that the Burnham-on-Sea site has issued a warning about this iniquitous scheme. Stay vigilant!

Got a call claiming to be from BT saying my internet was about to be cut off and I should press 1 to find out more. Turns out, they were just trying to scam me and get my bank info. The Burnham-on-Sea site has a warning about this exact scam. Be careful!
