My mum got a call from 01278 572012, some bloke asking if she was on warfarin. He sounded really polite and was checking on her wellbeing, asking if she needed help with shopping or going to the bank. When she said I handle all that for her, he just said 'have a nice day' and hung up. Felt a bit fishy to me, like it might be a scam.

Got a call from 01278572012, some bloke asking for my dad. He mentioned it was some kind of wellbeing check or something like that, asked if he was alright. I kept asking what the call was really about, if they were actually offering any help, who exactly they were, and why they needed such info. They just kept saying it was about checking on things like heart issues and diabetes but never properly explaining. Felt a bit dodgy, honestly. If it was a genuine service, they weren’t doing a great job explaining it.

I looked up the number 01278 572012 and it comes up as being based in Bridgewater. The caller had an Indian accent and kept asking about my health, which felt pretty nosy. This is the second time I've had a call like this in just a few days. The first one tried to ask about what meds I’m on, but I didn’t let this one go that far. Definitely gonna report it to Action Fraud.

Some bloke with a weird accent named Ian rang me, claiming he was from some Senior health group? Didn’t buy it and just hung up and blocked the number right away.
