Typical tired old BT internet scam from India. I told the bloke he'd connected to the GCHQ Security Team. He hung up almost straight away - obviously a BT scammer.

Just got a call from this number not long ago. It went straight to voicemail and then the caller hung up right away.

Got a call from 01278 425544, some bloke claiming to be from Openreach saying my laptop was hacked and someone else was messing about with my IP. Asked me to turn on my laptop - yeah, like I’d fall for that. Total nonsense, just hung up.

Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent claiming to be from BT openreach. The connection was terrible, so I suspected it was a fake call. Acted like I couldn’t catch what he was saying and he ended up just hanging up.
