We reached out to this individual for some services at our home, and I must say, the experience was utterly appalling. She was extraordinarily rude, hurling accusations that we were trying to pull a fast one and even resorted to vile insults, telling us to off ourselves, no less. We’ve honestly never encountered anyone so horrid in all our days. We've taken the liberty of filing a complaint with the relevant local authorities, as she clearly comes across as a complete charlatan and an absolute nuisance.
