The guy on the phone never said his name. He spoke with a posh accent and started telling me there might be an issue with loft insulation from the government, which is weird cuz I’ve never even had that done. Then when I asked which company he was with, he just ended the call right away!

Got a call on 23/09/20 from a nearby number. Answered to find it was someone from a loft insulation firm. I said we weren't looking for that, so they ended the call. Then they called back the next day, 24/09/20, but we didn’t pick up.
