Got a robo call claiming to be from the bank saying Amazon just took £200 off my account and that I supposedly spent £1,000 somewhere. Then it told me to press 1. Total scam, be warned! Don’t press any buttons or you’ll end up losing cash, I’m pretty sure about that.

Upon investigation, I discovered it was Sky. Frankly, I want to steer clear of them entirely because of the dreadful way they handled my account cancellation, which I had every right to do.
