Total nuisance - no doubt some sort of scam.

I answered the call and was met with this weird automated voice that just said "I'm sorry." I had a bad feeling about it straight away, so I ended the call right away.

This number rang me early today around 9:05am and a pre-recorded woman’s voice claimed there were two unusual transactions on my account for quite a sum. She said to press 1 to approve and 2 to cancel but didn’t mention which bank or anything. I hung up straight away. After having a look at my bank accounts, nothing out of the ordinary showed up. I’m convinced this is just a scam trying to nab personal info for fraud. Stay cautious, don’t just hang up then ignore it - check with your actual bank to make sure your accounts are safe!
