I got a call from this pushy bloke who oddly knew my address and said they were sending me a cheque for £3500 as compensation for pain from a recent car crash. The weird part is, I was in an accident where I wasn't even at fault. I told him I hadn't felt any pain at all. He kept saying if I didn’t accept the money, the insurance lot would take it instead, and that since we all work hard, we shouldn’t just hand over our cash to them. I told him no several times, but he wouldn’t give up. Felt a bit intimidated, so I just hung up.

Just got a call from ICS they were pretending to be from a local number, said I was involved in an accident in the past three years or something. Sounds dodgy to me. If your phone can block numbers, I’d definitely do it - ICS is the caller.

This number keeps ringing me over and over, sometimes several times a day. Does anyone know if it’s some kind of company or what? Getting really fed up with it now.
