Around two months back, I got my mum a vacuum from Amazon, but just recently she’s been getting calls claiming to be from Amazon. They tell her her account got hacked and ask her to press button 1 to talk to a manager. Problem is, she doesn’t even have an Amazon account, so this smells like a scam to me. Honestly, no idea how they even got her number in the first place!
