The number shows up as from Brentwood, Essex but since I have a call blocking system set up on my phone, the call never made it to me. Not sure if it was legit or not, but clearly something made the phone block it. Seriously, I recommend everyone use a phone that can block calls automatically to avoid these nuisance calls.
