Got a call from this number on my home phone, but as soon as I picked up, they just dropped the line. When will the phone companies actually do something about this? Honestly, it’s getting really frustrating.

I’ve been getting loads of calls from this number, and they're saying they're from TalkTalk's tech support. They keep asking me to press 1, but I’m not sure if it’s legit. I’m also with TalkTalk, but this sounds dodgy to me.
