This is one of those timeshare recovery firms operating on their own. I'd say just ignore the call and block the number straight away. They must be picking up your details from some timeshare database. They chat about giving free help, but then suddenly expect you to pay a big sum upfront with no guarantee you'll get any money back for your timeshare!
