They started by asking if they had the right person but used a different name than mine. Then they asked for my name and went on about helping me clear some debt, which is weird because I don't owe anything and PPI claims are finished for me. Plus, they spoke in really poor English with what sounded like an Asian accent. Bit of a strange call really.
