When I asked how many extra lines I have on my account, the person passed the phone to another bloke who sounded like he was American or something, but he just dodged the question and kept going on about adding the discount anyway. I told him he can’t do that without my say so, and then he just hung up. Thankfully my mum was there and she took over the call.
