I received a call from someone claiming to be with Amazon Prime, stating that my yearly membership fee had been processed. They insisted that if I wished to cancel, I needed to press 1 or some such nonsense. They then urged me to download TeamViewer on my computer. When I questioned their legitimacy, this so-called 'senior adviser' became quite aggressive and unpleasant! What a tricky situation!
