7 yearsI got this robocall saying my BT broadband might be at risk. It told me to press 1 to sort it out. I did, just to see what would happen. Then, some bloke with a really thick accent started talking, sounded like he was reading word by word. I asked where their office was, 'cos I didn’t think BT had call centres beyond the UK.
