She mentioned I’d been to their library bar a couple of weekends ago and was pushing some kind of membership deal, saying they’d send details by email. Sure enough, I got an email - but it was from the Luxury Restaurant Guide, not directly from the hotel. Since the Lanesborough is featured there, I guess they’re passing on customer info.
