Somebody said they were with TalkTalk but it felt fishy. I left them on hold for a bit and when I came back, the call had already dropped. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

Got a typical fake TalkTalk call the other day. When I asked how they could prove they were from TalkTalk, they just hung up on me. Just a heads up, this kind of thing has been going on well before the big hacking scandal. Some dodgy staff from India have been selling customers' info, including account numbers, but thankfully they never get access to your email from TalkTalk’s servers.

Got a phone call around 12:47 today from someone claiming to be ‘talktalk’ saying there were problems with my computer or router. I just cut them off straight away - these types of calls are getting really irritating. I’ve flagged the number as suspicious because it’s obviously a scam.

over the weekend i kept getting calls from numbers starting with 0127, really irritating. ive just blocked every one of them now. i dont usually share my landline with anyone, so i reckon they got it from the talktalk data breach a while back.
