I received a rather peculiar automated call today, claiming that my router would be cutting out in four hours due to an alleged fault. It strikes me as odd, given that if there was indeed a fault, I would have expected the connection to drop immediately, wouldn’t you? Plus, one would assume that any genuine issues would warrant a call from a real person. We only spoke with our provider yesterday, and they assured us everything was functioning correctly then. Quite baffling, really!
