Got a call from a woman named Haley with a really strong foreign accent, which made it hard to catch everything she said. She was pushing life insurance, wills, funerals - all that sort of thing. I kept telling her I’d already sorted all those out, but she just wouldn’t take the hint. After about 40 mins she suddenly snapped, claiming I’d wasted her time! Well, luckily I wasn't in a rush today, so I just hung in there... ha! 🤭
