I got a call with a recorded message telling me my account would be shut down unless I pressed 1 to talk to someone. I figured it was dodgy, but I pressed 1 anyway. The person on the other end started asking for my bank info, which I refused to give. Then, as soon as I asked some questions back, the call just cut off. Definitely a scam!

I got this automated call pretending to be my broadband company saying my internet was about to get cut off. They told me to hit 1 if I wanted to keep it connected. Sounded dodgy to me!
