Got a recorded message from a woman saying my Amazon Prime subscription was renewed for £39.99 and if I want to talk to an Amazon rep, press 1. I don’t even have Amazon Prime and they surely don’t have my home phone number! I guess they’ll ring from a different number next time, so blocking this one might not do much.

Got a call from a robotic woman saying my "Amazon Prime" would charge me £39 again soon, and to press 1 if I wanted to change or cancel it. Thing is, it only renewed last month so there’s no way it’s happening right now. Didn’t bother pressing anything, just ended the call.

At first, loads of silent calls came through from what looked like real UK numbers, but whenever I tried ringing back, they just weren't real. After a bit, those calls changed into the £99 Amazon Prime scam messages. I get at least one every day, sometimes even more!
