I've received three calls from this number. For the first two, I couldn't chat, and when they rang back a second time, I requested they reach out the next night instead. True to their word, they phoned me the following morning, claiming to represent One Com and working on behalf of Vodafone. They seemed aware that my yearly contract was on the verge of renewal and dangled a £70 incentive to keep me onboard. When they prompted me for my bank details to process the payment, I countered by asking if they could send me a new phone, insisting they confirm everything via email. Unsurprisingly, I've not heard a peep from them since!
