7 yearsHad a call claiming to be from BT, but they didn’t ask any usual security questions. The person said our internet would be cut off for a whole day unless we opened our laptop and typed in some numbers because our IP had supposedly been compromised. Sounded dodgy to me. We said no since we were about to head out, but the caller kept pushing us. Just rang BT to check and they confirmed it’s a scam.
