Someone called claiming to be HMRC, saying I had a warrant for my arrest over unpaid taxes. I checked with HMRC and they told me it was a scam and told me to report it to Action Fraud, which I have now done.

Got a call at 7.25 yesterday morning. The bloke kept asking if he was chatting to the lady of the house, using her name. Spoiler - he wasn’t. I just left the phone by the telly with the volume loud so he’d have some company. Guess he got fed up of talking to himself cause he hung up. I’ve blocked the number since then.
