I don't reckon this lot is actually with Three at all. They claim to be affiliated with them, yet they start bombarding you with questions that are quite frankly baffling, like whether you’re on a contract or pay-as-you-go, and how long you’ve been stuck on your current deal. It’s like they’re fishing for info that Three should already have on file. Seems pretty suspect if you ask me!
