Got a call from someone claiming to be "James Parker" from the tax office. When I asked him to prove who he was by confirming my National Insurance number, he snapped back saying they already had all my details, even my bank info, and that I shouldn't be questioning him. Then he accused me of being a criminal, so I told him the same and ended the call.
