got a call from some firm, a lady said she was from ‘fortis’ and started asking me stuff about an accident i supposedly had. then she sent me to some claims guy, but the bloke couldn’t even say my name or details about this accident. when i called him a ‘fu##ng waiter’, he just cut me off. dunno what that was about.
