They claimed to be a virgin, but when asked for any specifics, they couldn’t offer anything.

They claimed to be calling from Virgin Media, but when I requested the account number and the name of the account holder, they said they couldn’t provide that details as they weren’t part of the accounts team. So, I just ended the call right then!
