This morning at about 9.38am on the 22nd of August, I got a call from a very stern sounding bloke, it was clearly a tax or arrest scam. The automated voice said it was HMRC and claimed I had a warrant out for my arrest because of unpaid taxes. As usual, it told me to press a button to fix the problem, obviously trying to con me into handing over my cash to some dodgy scammer. Really nasty stuff, best to ignore it completely and not reply at all.
