Some bloke rang me up claiming I had to have my insulation inspected because the last time they looked at it, they said mould might grow. He was all about a free check, no strings attached. I told him it had already been done before lockdown and everything was fine. I live in a housing association property, so it felt a bit dodgy, like a scam trying to drum up business. I wasn’t having any of it, honestly! Then they started calling every day with silent calls. Yeah, no thanks mate!
