Terrible line quality, caller said they were from BT Open Reach regarding issues with my internet. They wanted to know what devices were hooked up and asked for router info. My broadband’s through BT but not Open Reach directly, so it felt odd they were calling me. The person was quite abrupt and a bit patronising when I tried to explain. I ended the call and flagged it on the BT site, thinking it might be some sort of phishing attempt.
