If you ring them up to inquire about their arrival, they’ll tell you they’ll swing by at some point-only to leave you waiting! It’s been over a day since I reported that I had to switch off my water supply due to leaks, and still, no sign of them. Honestly, they’re as effective as a chocolate kettle!

I received a call from this number, and when I picked up, a foreign-sounding individual simply uttered “claim desk”. After I ended the call, they kept ringing me back multiple times, so in the end, I had to block them.
