Somebody somehow hacked my 02 account and managed to get themselves an iPhone. I reported the fraud to 02 straight away. Then, they spotted it was me who’d put a stop to their dodgy antics. After that, I got a call from the very number I'd reported, someone pretending to be from 02, but they hung up within half a minute as soon as they realised I was onto them.
