I just had a rather peculiar phone call from this number. A chap with an Indian accent was on the line, addressing me by my formal name-quite different from the name I usually go by. Naturally, I inquired whether this was a cold call, reminding him that such practices are now against the law. To my surprise, he hung up rather swiftly!
