Had a rather unwelcome call at half past midnight from this insurance company. Not at all pleased about it! Any ideas on how we can get out of this?

I've had a right nuisance with these relentless calls, persistently urging us to return their ring. Quite frankly, I've no clue who’s been trying to reach us. They mentioned Em Back and Swinton Insurance, but it all sounds rather dodgy, to be honest! They keep pushing for us to call back, which feels a bit off. Just want to get to the bottom of it!

Received a call asking me to dial a particular number, but the line went dead shortly after. Then, they claimed they would return the call.

I can’t believe how often these callers keep ringing, practically begging us to return the call! Honestly, we’re completely stumped about who on earth they might be! Just rang them back and it turns out it's Swinton Insurance! What a surprise!
