The odd thing is, the number they called from didn’t match any of the typical O2 customer service lines. Honestly, if O2 genuinely wished to rectify things, they could sort me out with a refund directly. Plus, the caller had quite a pronounced Asian accent, which makes me think this could be one of those usual O2 scams that seem to be doing the rounds.
