Safestyle keep ringing me from loads of different blocked numbers. I've even sent them proper legal emails telling them to stop but they just don't quit. Now I just ignore the calls and block every number. It's seriously annoying and feels like harassment.

After reading through the comments here, it finally clicked that it was safestyle calling. I ended up cancelling a quote appointment after checking out Trustpilot reviews, seeing the Watchdog investigation on them, and finding a Facebook group with over 2000 unhappy customers sharing their experiences. Honestly, they’re as persistent as flies!

They haven't left any voicemails, which leads me to believe it's a telemarketer or some sort of scam attempt. I rang SafeStyle double glazing to get a quote for a single window, and I gave them the measurements straight away. I said if the price was reasonable, I’d let them come round to double check. However, they kept saying they HAD to see the window in person before giving a quote. It felt like a pushy sales tactic, so I said no thanks. Now they’ve been ringing me non stop every day! Those sharks are totally ignoring GDPR rules. If you never agreed for them to have your phone number and they keep ringing, they’re actually doing something illegal. It’s the same deal for any cold caller. They’re breaking articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR by using your info without permission. If you tell them you’ll report them unless they delete your details, often the calls will stop. But if they keep calling, make sure you report them to the ICO. Maybe if enough people complain, the ICO will finally take action.

This site says the number belongs to Safestyle UK, even though they already replaced my windows and front door. I’ve told them this plenty of times, but they keep ringing me to try and sell more work, despite me explaining I don’t have the money for any extra. It’s a new number this year, so I guess it’s the start of another round of calls and probably won’t be the last.
