Claimed to be representing Amazon, this chap instructed me to check my email for a message sent from them at around 10 in the evening yesterday. Oddly enough, there wasn’t a message to be found. He then probed about the type of device I was utilising - was it a phone, tablet, or computer? I kept that to myself. He went on about a supposed purchase made on my account for a mobile phone. Then, without further ado, he disconnected the call.
