Got a voicemail that claimed to be from my bank saying I had two payments about to go through on my card. Since I supposedly never used the service before, it told me to press 1 to approve the charges. I didn’t bother sticking around and just ended the call straight away. Definitely a scam.

Got a call from a recorded message about some banking or credit card trouble. I ended up chatting with a woman, and when I asked her why she was involved in these scam calls, I told her I’d be reporting her to the coppers before hanging up.
