Got a ring from someone claiming to be 'Imperial Telecom', offering me a smaller phone bill this month. I played along, making up some usage stats and costs, then they asked who my provider currently is. I told them, well, if you’re gonna cut my bill, you must already be the provider. That seemed to throw them right off their script. They said they just wanted to check, but I told them I wasn’t keen on sharing that info. They call almost every day around the same time. Not sure if it’s a legit company or just a scam, but honestly, I just want them to stop hassling me.
