A woman, who said she was from the Call Blocking Centre, got in touch and misquoted my address when she spoke to me. When I suggested she reach out by email or send me something in writing, she insisted on getting my address over the phone, which struck me as rather odd. I mean, BT has no issue contacting me via email or post, so why the hassle?

I received a rather ironic cold call from a chap named Kevin, who claimed to be representing the Call Blocking Centre. Quite the twist, isn't it?

I received an unexpected call from a woman with a foreign accent, purporting to be affiliated with the call blocking centre. Oddly enough, she attempted to read my address to me but got it completely wrong! When I suggested she send me a letter if she needed any details, she insisted that I rectify the address she’d just misquoted. Quite peculiar, really, considering BT can easily contact me via post or email without any hiccups.
