Got a call from a man with an Asian accent who said his name was John. He was trying to tell me my TV insurance needed an upgrade, which is odd since I’ve never actually taken out insurance on it, even though I've had it for more than six years. This is the second time I’ve gotten this call. He did get my name correct, but then he messed up my postcode, saying it was CA... which is way off, about a hundred miles from where I actually live.
