Got a call supposedly from Virgin claiming there was an issue with my router. I told them everything was fine, but she kept insisting there was a problem. After a short pause, I asked if she was just gonna hang up since this sounded like a scam. Then, surprise surprise, silence for a moment and they ended the call. Definitely not Virgin!
